We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the following:
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Garment/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.

1. Can I return or exchange an item that I bought from a stockist?
Please check the returns policy on the stockist’s website. We highly recommend that you contact the stockist’s customer service team to further assist you if you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
2. When will I receive my refund payment?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of LYSE receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
